Give yourself time. Allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first appointment. TIP: If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service. Get ready to relax. Avoid caffeine before your appointment, as it can make it difficult to lie still during the application process. Arrive with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup. Avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Don't curl your lashes. Do not wear mascara to your lash appointment. TIP: Try not to use waterproof mascara 2-3 days prior to your appointment, since it can leave a residue that can prevent extensions from adhering correctly. Lose your lenses. Wear glasses or remove your contact lenses prior to your application.
There will be a little paperwork before your first appointment. After that, your stylist will escort you to a private room and help guide you in choosing the perfect lashes for you. Then you’ll lay on a comfortable, cushioned massage table, draped under a cozy velour blanket, and your stylist will apply your lash extensions one by one.
For best results, keep your new lashes dry and avoid participating in activities with excessive humidity or that cause you to sweat. Do not use oil-based products of any kind on or near your eyes. You should avoid touching your lashes directly, and we recommend sleeping on your side or back, not face down General aftercare For optimum results, be sure to wash your lashes in the morning and evening with the Eyelash Foaming Cleanser, or after a workout. This will remove any excess oil on and around your lashes. Brush your lashes daily with your Retractable Lash Styling Wand, and use protective Lash Coating every other day on your lashes when they are completely dry. Avoiding oil-based or waterproof cosmetics and creams on and around your eyes will help with retention, keeping your new look looking its best, longer.

The Lash Lift formula is very gentle but very powerful. It will not be uncomfortable to apply at all—in fact, it’s so easy you do it with your eyes closed. Some of the guests even fall asleep!
Skip the makeup for a day or so. For best results, rest your lashes for 24 hours after treatment — avoid eye makeup. Starting day 2 you can wear oil-free mascara.

The active ingredient in Lash Lift is a perm solution. When performed by a trained stylist and when aftercare instructions are properly followed, your natural lash will not be damaged. Additionally, Lash Stylists will treat your lashes with a deep conditioning Keratin treatment which will strengthen your lashes, adding nutrients and deep conditioning.

No, that is one of the benefits of a Lash Lift! The natural lash will stay curled throughout the rest of its cycle. Just be sure the lashes stay dry the first 24 hours.
A lift gives a semi-permanent curl to the existing natural lashes while extensions are applied 1:1 on top of each natural lash. Lifting the lashes will enhance your natural lashes. Eyelash extensions give a more dramatic result, but require additional maintenance.
